For our photoshoot, I brought a bottle of Moric Blaufrä kisch 2021, a silky red from Austria wi emaker Rola d Velich. “Smell it, taste it, a d take it home,” I urged A drás. “It’s delightful,” he agreed. “I eed to pick up a steak from our local butcher, who sources the best cuts worldwide. We’ll pair it with this wi e to ight. We love savori g wi e from beautiful Bordeaux-style glasses we got i Slove ia. We i volve her i cooki g, which makes her more i terested i eati g healthy,” Doris says. “We love steak; it’s special to us. A good steak requires mi imal seaso i g a d a quality cut.
